Getting Started

Charge Your Tracker

  • Fully charge before first use
  • Charging time: approx. 1–2 hours
  • Red light = charging
  • Green light = fully charged

Connect Your Tracker

How to Connect

  1. Open the Find My app
  2. Tap Items
  3. Tap Add Item
  4. Select Other Item
  5. Hold the tracker button for 5 seconds
  6. Select the tracker when it appears
  7. Name your tracker and complete setup
If it doesn’t appear, check Bluetooth is on and keep the tracker close to your phone.

Button Functions

Power On

Press once and hear 1 beep.

Power Off

Hold for approx. 5 seconds until you hear 3 beeps.

Factory Reset

Press 4 times quickly, then hold on the 5th press until reset confirmation.

Battery & Charging

  • Rechargeable lithium battery
  • Up to 6 months battery life per charge
You’ll receive a notification in Apple Find My when the battery is low.

Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for the most common tracker setup issues.

Tracker not connecting
Check Bluetooth is enabled, keep the tracker close to your phone, fully charge the tracker, then try pairing again.
Tracker not appearing in Find My
Open Find My → Items → Add Item → Other Item. Hold the tracker button for 5 seconds until it beeps.
Location not updating
Location updates rely on nearby Apple devices in the Find My network. Updates may vary depending on nearby device coverage.
Tracker not charging
Make sure the tracker is correctly placed on a wireless charger and that the charging surface is clean and dry.
How do I reset the tracker?
Press the button 4 times quickly, then hold on the 5th press until you hear the reset confirmation beep.
